As part of my course at University I have gained an advanced knowledge of several software packages including:
- Adobe Photoshop CS3
- Adobe Dreamweaver CS3
- Adobe Flash CS3
- Adobe Fireworks CS3
- Adobe Premier 6.5
- 3D Studio Max 6
- Final Cut Pro
- Macromedia Director MX 2004 and;
- Microsoft Office XP 2003.
Work Experience
I carrried out a 12 month work placement with a web design company called Webexpectations.com Ltd.
During this time I have gained an advanced knowledge of XHTML, CSS and PHP as well as an even greater knowledge of advanced Adobe Photoshop CS2 functionality.
By the end of my time there I was trusted with project management, client liasing, website design, building website templates purely using XHTML and CSS, installation and support for the in house CMS (content management system), website accessibility auditing/consultation and adding all static content to new websites.
